As Kleeen Software prepares to emerge from stealth mode, it is expanding its management team with the addition of Matt Fox as Chief Executive Officer. Building off the success with several pilot customers, Matt will be leading the team in building relationships with the thousands of companies that can benefit from Kleeen’s ability to rapidly generate an elegant, best-practices UI/UX design and production code without the need for specialized design or engineering talent.

Matt recognizes several market dynamics that create a great opportunity for Kleeen Software, “As organizations move from the data center to the cloud, application modernization has become a huge priority. On top of that, initiatives like machine learning are driving the need for new applications in companies across industries. Meanwhile, development and UX skills are increasingly in demand. If companies can find the people with these skills, they are having to pay a lot to get them. Kleeen enables these companies to automate many aspects of UI development and ensure best practices and consistency across their applications.”

Matt comes to Kleeen from Oculus360, a software-as-a-services (SaaS) AI solution for B2C marketing, where he was Chief Revenue Officer. He brings more than eighteen years of leadership experience in software, SaaS and cloud solutions from IBM, Liquibase and Avnet. Matt is based in Austin, TX, a city he and his family have called home since 2006. He received a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Josh Hailpren, President and founding CEO, will be assuming the role of Chief Product Officer. He was active in the process of recruiting Matt to the team. “The timing is perfect to have Matt join Kleeen,” said Josh, “We have proven that our solution adds tremendous value with pilot customers, and there is a huge set of organizations that can benefit from what we have built.
